A Comprehensive Medical Home
When patients come to Faith Family for the first time, many are in need of a comprehensive medical home. We are able to fulfill this need because of the many services we provide; including family medicine, diagnostic lab testing, physical therapy and individual or family counseling. The dedicated physicians and nurse practitioners emphasize the healing of the whole person including their physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
When the medical needs of our patients exceed what we can offer here at Faith Family, we send them to our "extended family" of professionals who often see our patients for a reduced fee. Area hospitals also support our mission because it assists in reducing unnecessary visits to their emergency rooms.
